How do people with lupus cope with brain fog?
I have a hard time with brain fog. For years now I have been known as the sticky note lady! I have lists on my phone, my table, my purse! I keep a journal on my phone to know what I do day to day. I write down important things and dates. Sometimes I just just sit in front of the TV and stare at it. Somedays it is all I can do. Brain fog in hard to cope with.
I started the following supplement combination about 7 weeks ago now and have found it has helped incredibly with my brain fog. I was beginning to feel like I wouldn't be able to keep my job. I now feel much more like my old self. I'm taking Bulletproof XCT Oil twice a day, a comprehensive mineral supplement and Lion's Mane liquid mushroom extract from Host Defense. This is the only thing I have changed in my life and, again, I'm feeling like a functional human for the first
My brain fog seems to be getting worse, but worse than that is my vision. I will loose my mind if I can't do my iPad..
I do the same things. I have notes everywhere, including a med "journal" that records anything from scripts updates to changes in my BMs. I find that I need to clean, do mini erands around the house, read and write, and yes, try to be organized. Then I take break listening to podcasts, watch a movie or TV series.
I agree with Sharon - LISTS!!!!! I used to be able to go into a meeting with my boss and come out with a list of 10 things to do and not blink an eye. Now, I have to make sure to write down even one or two things. I realized, when talking with my son, that I couldn't even think of the word "wheel" that I had to do something different.
