With Lupus do WBC and neutrophils go up and down? I originally have low WBC and neutrophils. I get them tested every 3 months at the Rheumy and last month at the Hemotologist. Sometimes they go up but not real high and yesterday had a physical and they were both in normal range. I am wondering how this happen? And wondering if Lupus causes them to go up and down.

Yes, it has for me. I developed cyclic neutropenia (low white count) with my lupus. When I'm in a flare up, my white and red blood cell counts drop low. They are trying to find a connection, think it may be that the lupus is causing an autoimmune issue in my bone marrow. It makes me really fatigued.
