I get THE WORST night sweats and have had them for over a year now. I sleep in either a sports bra and underwear or just naked because my clothes will be soaked. It is HORRIBLE.

I am the same! It's MISERABLE. I wake up soaking & have to take off my pjs and sleep in my bra & undies too. Then have to change my sheets. It makes me crazy. I finally got a window unit today even though we have central ac. I just cannot regulate my body temperature esp at night. I live in Texas and can't go outside in the summer due to the heat. I immediately feel like I have a sunburn. But then inside I am cold. I always wear a tank & thin leggings & joke its my "uniform." I always have a very thin sweater & thicker sweater handy bc I'm either hot or freezing. Cannot regulate my body temperature at all it makes me crazy. When I get hot in the night or waves of over heating period it feels like it's coming from the inside-
like I have a sunburn inside my body and I am burning up. I'm 28 so it can't be menopause. I am clueless.Do ya'll think it's the lupus? I am newly diagnosed. TIA!!

In the summer, yes. I easily get heat stroke and persistent fevers after being in the sun. I am really working hard to stay hydrated - using an app on my phone called Water Your Body and that seems to help!

I have to sleep in next to nothing as well I have had a fever for 10 years now it's crazy and the night sweats are exactly what everyone else here is experiencing. I hate it 2-3 showers per night I sweat all day long I shower up to 7-10 X's a day it's crazyness. And yes I do the same I have to have sheets in same room several sets because I drench them winter summer doesn't matter and with 15 autoimmune illness's it sux pure sux. I am here for anyone that needs to talk we can only understand one another I am super depressed I just want the Drs to do their jobs and stop the progression so I don't get anymore! I go out in summer im not letting this win but during flares it's way to hard someone said in another chat that they walk around like a robot exactly how I described it to my wife she's very idk the right word she supports me taking me to Drs and stuff but doesn't believe it hurts as bad as I say??! Sucks I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemies!!!!
