Do you immediately feel the sun, or does it effect you later?

it isn't the sun that bothers me it is the heat. It makes me deathly ill some times.

As long as I wear sunscreen I'm okay (unless I over do it). If I skip sunscreen I suffer!!! Full on flare plus burn :-(. (When I was younger I layed out with baby oil on & never burned or got sick)

I was the same way! I worshiped the sun for years growing up, I would lay out and goto tanning beds and always got really tan. Now since I became sick the last six years I cannot tan at all. I have to wear 50 spf or I fry! I get extremely burnt w red blotches all over.
