I just ordered my starter kit today. My friend did research for me about it for Lupus. I think "thieves" and "joy" is one that is good for Lupus. I can send you the information she sent me by e-mail if you like. Just give me your e-mail address.

I use lavender to sleep for sure. It's great very relaxing. I use eucalyptus for muscle pain and tea tree oil for fungus and i also put in in my homemade cleaning solution. I did some research on oregano oil and it boosts immune system and that's something we don't want to do

I have lupus and fibro..........I recently got into the oils and I believe they do work. I use a couple of them. Frankincense, Cassia, Clove, white fir, wild orange and deep blue. Sometimes I use all of them at one time or just a couple of them. Different companies have different names for some of the mixed oils. Deep blue is a mixed oil for muscle pain through the company that I get my oils from. My granddaughter is into the oils as well. Both of us have had a good experience with them. If you want to know anything specific, just ask.
