Hello Saniyyah Brain fog is very common for us. It is like you no the answer but it just wont come, or you can concentrate on something, you can forget someones name that you should know etc. Everyone is kind of different with it. It will not stay just comes and goes. Like Noreta said the best thing is one day at a time, if something is bothering you and you are concerned go to the doctor, or ask us, but when in doubt always check it out. Try to relax and take a deep breathe it sounds all scary but does not mean you will have the same symptoms that other people are having. gentle hugs and blessings

Hi Saniyyah. One thing that I've found that has helped me with the brain fog is the vitamin Choline or its other name Letcithin. I take two 1,500 mg capsules a day. It has been proven to help with memory loss in Alzhimer patients.

Sweetie,it takes time adjusting to this disease. No on has all the answer's,we take one day at a time and trust God for the rest. Symptoms come and go,new ones pop up out of nowhere. It's so important to have a good Dr,one who listen's and explains things to you.Write things down for when you see your Dr,we tend to forget things. I'm here as well as the other's to help and support one another,Hugs & Blessings.

You are welcome! I believe it has helped me. Either it actually did what it was suppose to do or it worked on me psychologically! Either way is fine with me. 😜

I also have that but the neurologist said it's because lupus attacks the pathways in the brain. I also know that lupus prevents REM sleep and your brain can't put itself in order without it, so I take ambien, it makes a world of difference to get a true nights sleep, without it I really don't sleep after a few weeks I start to halucinate it's really awful.
