How do you address your issues with anemia? I'm eating spinach and beef like mad. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of iron pills so I have not been consistent with taking them. Have you seen any improvements?

We take shots of B12 every other week and our doctor prescribes it. Because my husband is diabetic we know how to give shots and it has been the best remedy for anemic people I know.

Spinach!!!!! Lots of iron. That's why Popeye ate it. I like to microwave the whole bag since if shrinks down to nothing or sautee it in olive oil salt and pepper. Maybe with garlic and onion powder or fresh garlic.. Gotta go. This is making me hungry. lol good luck

In the past I hated taking Iron pills because of the constipation that it caused. I was introduced to a new Prescription iron pill called Ferralet 90. It has vitamin C, B12, and folic acid in it. It actually helps in the area of constipation as well if that is your issue. It's a small green pill and works wonders with my anemia.
