Have they done a stomach emptying study? How long it takes to go thru? Lupus messed with the muscles in lower section of my stomach. Sometimes I could take 1 bite and feel full. Or eat a decent amount. It sometimes took up to 30 hours to empty. I was having problems with too many doses of meds in stomach at once.

Yes, I sometimes have upset stomach but it does depends on what I eat mostly.

I had an ulcer over summer but when I got checked again it was gone. They checked my gall bladder, for chrons disease, ulcerative colitis and other things but it wasn't any of those. I take meds to suppress my lupus so I do often get colds and sinus infections. I stay nauseated and certain things that I eat hurt my stomach.
