Low or high blood pressure isn't good for anyone. BP can tax our kidneys and have a stroke and low blood pressure makes you dizzy and you can die. Make sure you get with your doctor and find out what is wrong. I have a kidney transplant because of Lupus and have learned that BP is the way our bodies are telling us something is wrong.

I do see an endo and I take hydrocortisone as well. I can keep it under control, and I can tell when my blood pressure is getting low. I have Addison's disease as well as others. That is adrenal insufficiency but my adrenal gland or glands no longer work. It is hard. thank you.

My goodness it's so good to hear someone else experiencing this also. I've only recently started having this happen. I've brought it to my dr attn however he said it if happened more frequently to come in but I was the same way dizzy, couldn't hear, almost feel, light headed. I felt horrible. The next time I did fall. The third time, I am sure I blanked out for about three seconds I really need to get in for an apt but I haven't had the time. I'm going to have to though becauseitsvery alarming.

i'm glad i found this post last year my blood pressure went from 140's up to 245/114 and had strokes then it dropped out of no where to 90/43 i think i was in a nursing home they were like how is it that low. then it was normal for awhile and november went back in 140's to 150/100 and before christmas had more strokes and now my blood pressure has been 93/58 and 92/55 so i have no idea what's going on see my endocronologist tomorrow hopefully get answers.

I got adrenal insufficiency from steroids, without the hydrocortisone I was die because of the blood pressure issue. You should see an endocrine Dr and get that checked. It's very life threatening if that is your issue.
