Does anybody do contrast baths? 5 seconds in cold water, 5 seconds in hot. Repeat about 10 times. It helps me a lot.

Hi mine also hut in my achillies tendons & I find walking painful, I'm constantly in trainers at the mo. I have dull but painful muscles in the tops of my arms too so wondering if it is a flare, seems to be going on for a long time though!

I have had pain in the bottom of my feet for years. I also have trouble with cramps, swelling, and dryness. I also attributed it to being overweight for so many years and I also worked retail a long time. I don't wear anything but tennis shoes anymore.
