Does anyone know of any app that can track you symptoms on a daily basis?

Someone was on and I am sorry I don't remember who it was but she was talking about an app that was good for tracking, maybe goggle it. I do my our journal daily and write in it how I am feeling if pain where it is, the meds I took, if fatigued , if it was a good day, etc it really helps when you go to the doctors, we forget about some things that happened a few weeks prior and by going over it helps to make your list of questions Plus it also lets the doctor no what is working and is not. So you can get an app or make one yourself easy enough. I hope your day is a good one. gentle hugs and blessings

There is an app called PLM Connect that can track your symptoms on a daily basis. I use it. Check it out and see if you might like it.
