Stick with it. My energy really increased after my doctor increased my dosage of Plaquenil from 200mg a day to 400.

My Sjogrens is secondary to Lupus.I'm using Restasis for my eyes and Biotene mouthwash.

Oh, and my fatigue was off the chain until my rheumy started me on meds. I slowly started gaining energy after about 3 months on meds.
