Today out of no where these tiny red spots I mean pinpoint tiny showed up on my upper arm. Anyone know what it could be? Some of them are raised I can feel them when I run my hand across it.
Its better this morning but I did take pics. To show the doctor at my 1st appointment. I'm currently not on any meds. So I know its not medicine related. Also i avoid the sun as much as possible.
Do you take methotrexate? If so, get it checked out by a doctor because it could be affecting your platelets.
I got the same rash all over my body when I had my first flare up from sle lupus/fibryomyalgia.
I was told its a form of heat rash brought on by flares. I get them on the tops of my thighs
@A MyLupusTeam Member I try to stay out of it as much as possible plus I only wear short sleeved shirts and it come up under where my shirt sleeve covers.
