I often get hot for no reason. It's not a fever, as I don't sweat when I have fevers. But often I'll just get hot and sweaty for no reason. I'm about to be 36 so maybe it's part of "the change"? Thoughts?

I do too and the night sweats also since my 20's. The only way I can explain it is I feel hot from the inside. I feel like my face is on fire but when I touch my skin it's fine.

I get randomly hot too. I think my emotions control some of it and hormones control some. When i get nervous or excited I tend to feel like I'm on fire. I also have night sweats (going on 20years). When I am ovulating and menstruating, I have temperature issues from hot to cold. I am also anemic, so I'm sure that plays a part. Not sure if this helps, just know you are not alone in this issue.

Could be menopause. I wanted to stick my head in a freezer when I had hot flashes. I also do get hot from pain meds.

Could be the lupus medications some of them do make you overheated out of the blue just try to stay cool and hydrated as much as you can

I already went through the change and now I have more "sweats" and worse ones than I ever did when going through the change which I went through at age 48-50
