I use Biota and I'm also having pretty good luck with Purad'or. Both I got at Rite Aid Pharmacy. I also take Biotin. And I use Toppik hair fiber powder to mask thinning areas; check out their website the product is helpful.

See a dermy, I have many bald spots from my discoid lupus, if it is not discoid you have a good chance of saving your hair if you can get the inflammation under control.
