Does anyone have sore feet? It feels as if I have bruises on the bottom soles of my feet and if they are swollen. It is very painful. Then if I keep walking around then my ankles and my knees start hurting. Can anyone give me a remedy or a reason?

I had plantars fasciitis as well. Took the steroids shots feet got better and no longer sharp pain where tht hook is cutting into the meat, inflaming the tissue causing pain and swelling. But today my feet and legs swell so bad I can feel it creep up my legs. It's a different hurt. I elevate my legs as much as possible. I have one pair of sandals I can wear they get so big and hurt so bad

I had plantar fascilitis and the only thing that helped was when i went to physical therapy. it went away a week or so after i finished the therapy.

My feet hurt a lot. Taking a bath with epsom salts does help. I am looking into other solutions. I hope you find a good answer.

For years, I had a problem, with the soles of my feet. It felt as if I was walking on pebbles. Being a nurse, I was on my feet all day. I have hammer toes. My podiatrist, told me that the joints in my toes are fused in this position ^. The bones are putting pressure on the bones, on the bottom of my feet, causing them to move. I had the toes, on my left foot, straightened and the problem is gone. I still have to do the right foot. It can also be a symptom of Scleroderma.
