Any tips or advice for hair loss?? My hair hasn't gotten really thin and I'm wondering if anyone else has the same problem.

I lost hair buy the handfuls this went on and on for years and finally I was told I was extremely deficient in the vitamin B12. I don't know how this wain't caught sooner but I know give myself a monthly injection of 1ml B12 and I haven't had one bit of hair loss!!! It's been at least 3 years now without incident. It also helps with energy so it's a win win ! Good luck and definitely have them check your B12 levels! Stay strong ♡

My hair was VERY thick Brandi and it has gotten very thin :( It's discouraging I know. There are so many remedies out there. I'm taking a supplement for Hair, Skin and Nails. Biotin & Horsetail (Herb) is supposed to help. There are Essential Oils that you massage into your scalp & then rinse out. Believe me I've been looking into this seriously! I won't put those hair growth chemicals on my scalp though - no way.

"What you eat can tremendously impact the health of your hair," Bowe says. To nourish strands from the inside out, Bowe recommends healthy fats such as avocado and salmon—because omega-3 fatty acids are hair's building blocks and also lower inflammation, a cause of hair loss; lean protein, because the hair shaft is made up of 97 percent protein; vitamin C, which helps the body create protein and makes the scalp better able to neutralize damaging free radicals; and iron, from sources such as tofu, spinach, beans and red meat, because hair loss can be caused by low levels.
