My feet has been hurting really bad for the last 2 weeks. Burning and excruciating stabbing pain in my heel. My doctors did a xray which was normal but the pain is real.

Hi I just got better from my heel pain , it took 3 months. Hope your go away fast!!!
Try taking a towel and raping it around foot and pull your foot back. You need to stretch the heel.
Also an MRI will show what is wrong. X-ray doesn't work. You could have a bone spur. From plantar fasciitis . Might want to see a orthopedic Dr.
Feel better!!🐩🐩🐩🐩

That sounds like plantar fasciitis . It's painful but steroid shot will help but it hurts like hello!

@BarneshaCampbell Yes I have pain in my feet all the time. I do not have stabbing pains but I do have that burning feeling. Every blue moon I have red spots that appear on the bottom of my feet and go up my legs. When I have that now I do experience some stabbing pain, burning and itching from the inside out on the bottom of my feet.
