My right arm aches, hand aches, wrist feels sprained, and thumb and index fingers are stiff and uncomfortable. Only on right side. Even travels up right neck. Hi I also had the burning pain in my right hand this new RA I'm with thought it was a Neuro issue but it wasn't. I don't know what triggers that but I feel it on top of my right foot at times now. My body inflammation markers have been high for the last 4 months so now they are trying to figure out why.

All of my pain throughout my body sounds very similar. Aches and burning pain. I feel it in my hands, elbows, knees and chest the most.

I think it can for sure be linked to inflammation!

Good luck!

I experienced pain in my right wrist only for about a year prior to lupus diagnosis. Was referred to two different orthopedic surgeons, x-rays, MRI, no firm diagnsosis but the last dr recommended surgery. After lupus diagnosis, now that my lupus is better controlled my wrist pain has disappeared. So yes I think it may be related, -and hopefully once your lupus is better controlled you will receive some relief. Best wishes!
