This has been my experience for the last three weeks. I didn't have any infections either. I was diagnosed with pleurisy so I am assuming that is the cause.

I have nosia and gas and stomach pain

I don't have a virus as far as I'm aware of

Do you have Gastroparisis? It will cause nausea and vomiting of undigested food right after eating. Hope you feel better soon. Love you
