I've been on 3000mg for 2 years. The first 6-8 weeks I had strong side effects but they subsided and it helped regulate my immune system. I had good luck taking it three times a day to ward of nausea. Now I take it early morning and before bed.

Works great but for the first 3mos side effects were stomach cramps leg cramps. Fatigue. I've been on it for 3yrs 2000mg /day. Still fatigue but the others subside

I didn't experience any effects, good nor bad, that's why I was switched to Cellcept. I was still having flares so he said to try this along with the plaqunil

was in the ER last night because Imuran was causing liver muscle breakdown. What side effects did u experience from Imuran?
