I was wondering if you guys are in pain everyday? What do you guys take for pain?
What natural products do you use for pain?
What else do you do to lessen your pain ie... workout, massage???

I'm usually in pain all over but most of my pain lately have been in my legs. HELP!!!!

They prescribed me Tramadol. It didn't work. I had to take Tylenol also with it. Try hot bath's and heating pads.

I try to push myself to work through the pain . I hurt everyday but long hot bath or showers help some . Tart Cherry pie, green teal Vit B12 helps and relax if I have time.

I used to be in pain a lot. I still am but I try not to think about it. I'll take naproxen 375mg if needed to rest. I do so much now being acitve, about to start a new job I don't have time for sickness.

I struggle with this every day. I'm also on tramadol and I've been on prednisone for years. Those aren't final answers but I do believe they make a small dent in my pain. I have other stronger pain killers for really awful days, but I try to use heat or ice on the extremely painful places before going to those. In my case, exercise makes me worse, not better.
