Yes usually if getting sick or major flare warm moist washcloths help

Yes this is currently trying happening to me also. Have left jaw line swollen pain from ear to left arm. Hurts so bad that I don't like to feel air movement over my skin or to be touched. No temp. It has even evolved my throat. Warm water and salt rinse to mouth, heat to neck,and wearing a light sweater has helped some. Oh and tylenol.If I can get through today I will go to the doc. Hope this helps and you feel better.

That sounds like stressed muscles? Have you spoken to your doc about it?
