My MCV, MCH, MCHC, Hematocrit, and Hemoglobin have all been steadily decreasing over several years and they are either just below reference range or near to being out of range. My RDW has been steadily going up and is now at 15.1. Does anyone know what this might be indicating?

I believe your RDW is your red blood cell distribution width correct? If it is this can be indicative of many things. I have had many wonky tests. When I had a high RDW it was due to anemia which was due to unknown causes. It eventually corrected after finding the cause (low folic acid) but it took a lot to et to the answer. However because you have other stuff going on with your blood work it could mean many other things. Research in line what your blood work means and make a list of questions. Next time you are in to see your doctor tell them your concerns. Make them answer you and explain their answers. They are being paid very well to spend time with you. Make them earn their money or find a different doctor who is willing to take time to address your concerns.

Thanks! I never even noticed my numbers were going down until I saw a new rheumatologist and she mentioned it looked like I was slightly anemic. Unfortunately my next appointment with my new doctor isn't until July but she's supposed to call me today with newest lab results so fingers crossed I get some answers. I'll post updates, thanks again!

You need to have this discussion with your rheumatologist. Not all wonky blood work is the result of lupus.
