Every morning I wake up with numb arms from shoulder to fingertip (either pins and needles or completely asleep). Lately it seems like it has been getting worse to where it wakes me up. I am a back sleeper.... and I have no neck or back pain! Anyone else get this?

My hands tingle and go numb when I sleep, I wear a wrist brace most nights. It helps. I have tendonitis In my right arm.
They go numb and tingly holding my cell phone either typing or talking. The more I wear the wrist braces at night tge bettet they do.

This can be a symptom of lupus, fibromyalgia, ra, and restless let syndrome. I was told there was nothing you could do other that soak those body parts in warm water

Yes, I have that as well. Usually around 3am I get woke up from it (left arm and both legs for me). My rheumatologist says I have tendonitis in my left arm (the diagnosis seems pretty sketchy to me..seems like she was trying to use a big word that means nothing). I have not found a solution but keep trying different things..let me know if you find what helps.
