Since the beginning of 2017, I have been under a lot of stress. Job related, home related, relationship related, as well as health related stress. You need to take one day at a time, do the most important things that need to be done and don't worry about little things. Keep only healthy food in your house, and if your boyfriend offers to help let him. I like to put my feet up and read a book to relax. Walmart has grocery shopping online, delivered in two days. Learn to say no when people ask you to do things like pot luck at work etc. You could use paper plates, by pre poked meals, do whatever it takes to make it easier for you. It is a trial and error kind of thing, some find soft music relaxing, meditation, essential oils can be helpful. You kind of have to try different things to see what can work for you. gentle hugs and blessings
I just found a wonderful free app that is called CALM it has all kinds of wonderful relaxing sounds that it and coaches you through breathing and relaxation if you want. After you download the app look in the upper right-hand corner and press the triangle and it gives you options of other sounds and seems to add for free.I hope you find it helpful I really just love it.
