I took Imitrex a few years back with no luck. I do get relief with Topamax! It took a little getting used - vivid dreams and it changes the taste of things for about 2 weeks. I started having break through headaches and just last month, my neurologist did Botox for migraines. I've noticed a big difference! I also have muscle relaxers to take at bed time if I feel like one is coming on. I've never taken Meloxicam - I take Lodine for inflammation. It seems to help some/most of the time.

The more frequent dizziness is a newer symptom for me! It's a pain. I get worried about driving even at times!

Gara, I don't take anything for it, but like you, I suffer with dizziness and would love to hear from someone who takes something that helps!

I take Plaquenil for SLE, Meloxicam for inflammation and Imitrex for migraines. Imitrex isnt helping at all! In fact, I just set up an appointment with my GP, to try a better medication.
Do you get relief with Topamax?

I will definitely mention Topamax to my Dr. I'm sorry you're struggling with so much dizziness! Mine comes and goes and is nowhere near what you are dealing with. I will be praying that you find relief soon. If you do find something that helps, let me know.
