I am new to this site so not sure how this works but for almost a year I've been fighting with really deep painful skin blisters/boils all over my face arms and legs are almost 100 percent covered with them. The hurt like a hornet sting bleed leak get pussy. Dermatology did a biopsy and had no answers still. Its so terribly painful and they look horrific. I keep covered head to toe. CherylMacdonald I will. You know, I am one of those stubborn women who just does NOT like to take synthetic prescriptions for anything. So, if she (my Rheumatologist) recommends drugs, I'm not having any of it. I am asking for Rx for Mupirocin, unless this antibiotic cream is OTC? I am going to see her on 5/29 to determine whether or not I have lupus. And I believe 100% that I have it.

Please post how you made out with your Rheumatologist and what he/she advised regarding the boils. Thank you and take care.

Me too. I am new to this great group and I don't feel so all alone now with my crazy-making symptoms. I see my Rheumatologist on 5/29 regarding blisters and boils, hair loss, fatigue, on and on. I will also request a Mupirocin Rx from the Rheumy on 5/29.
