Look up Golden Paste on line. Turmeric can be amazing, but to reap its benefits it must be prepared in a specific way. High dose capsules on their own are next to useless. Except to make money for someone.

I take 500 mg once or twice a day in addition to Plaquenil and Celebrex ( a prescription anti inflammatory ). I noticed the turmeric helped immediately. I tried it out of desperation because I was having horrible pain in my jaw and ear ( yey arthritis everywhere ) and it felt better within 20 minutes!

I was reading something the other day and read where to much turmeric is bad for us lupies. I'll try to find it and post it.

Im not on meds but take Tumeric, ginger and lemon. Helps for soreness and inflammation.
