I sometimes get skin irritation/pain. It feels like a scrape/bruise but there's nothing there- no redness no rash. Does anyone else experience this?
Yes! I mostly get it on my arms and legs. I do have tingling on my face, but no pain.
I will absolutely keep you posted when I find out more. :)

I have the exact same thing. For me it feels like chaffing. Is that how yours is? But absolutely nothing there. From what I can gather, its nerve related. But waiting to get in with a new neurologist and will ask then.
@A MyLupusTeam Member thanks for your response. Mine is very similar. I usually get it on my arms occasionally on my legs but I used to feel this pain on my face and scalp. I've never seen a neurologist, but if you don't mind can you keep me posted on what your doctor tells you?
