Has Any One Tried Yoga To Help With Hip And Pelvis Pain?
I'm loosing a lot of range of motion and have a lot of pain in this area.
Maybe check out some YouTube videos. I recently looked for yoga and lupus just to see what was available.
I've been doing yoga for over 20 years. It has helped with my ROM and general movement. Now that I am sick it's very hard to do. But I still try to go to keepy body moving. Make sure you go to a class with an instructor that is equipped in understanding health issues and can make accommodations for you.
Yoga and belly dancing helps me with that body pain malaise. And I make up silly dance moves. Whatever i can move, I move. Even on my very bad pain days. It really helps. Of course when you are tired and in pain, you don't feel like exercising, but music helps.
I was considering yoga, as well, for hip pain and general wellness. I see that Gaiam TV has many classes, and a lot for beginners as well. It is a subscription channel, which I have on Roku.
I was a gymnacist when I got my arthritis and lupus at 17 yrs old.Im 65 and still do my daily stretches and yoga it helps all my pain.I did have a lot of pelvis pain when younger and it was endometriosis so I had to have a hyrestectomy..depends upon what’s causing your pelvic pain that’s a broad spectrum.
