Has Anyone Had Any Luck Increasing Their Quality Of Life Through A Personal Trainer?
I am always in pain and beyond tired. I need to lay down after taking a bath :( resting does not help. If I don’t do something I will lose my job and my house. I am a single mother so part time work is not really an option. I am going to talk to a trainer this week but I doubt they know much about working with someone with Lupus and Fibro. Just wonder if anyone has had luck. Thanks in advance.
I had a trainer for about 6 months. It’s very expensive. What I do now is watch the trainers while they’re working with clients to get ideas. And I modify to fit my needs. Exercise is the best thing you can do for yourself. Be careful.

Thank you everyone. I think I will get one for a little while in hopes they can adjust what I already do to be more beneficial and maybe target my legs. Sometimes the muscle fatigue is so bad I can’t walk. I find I either over or under exercise on my own. Best of luck to you. 🤗
Could also try beachbody on demand. Wouldn’t be as tailored but free to try for a month, you can do it from home and they have quite a good variety of levels.
Get yourself an understanding Trainer (not a militant type) and get active! You don't need to have one for long, just enough to learn proper technique, then branch out on your own. Exercise is truly the best medicine for me.
The endorphins will kick in and you will feel better with the natural endorphins to relieve pain! Just take it at your pace, but the point is to work hard enough to kick in the endorphins. One hurdle to get over is to realize that no matter what, you may have joint pain, fatigue, muscle aches/cramps...so why not exercise and end up feeling better, stronger, and more confident and a lot happier!
Let me know how it goes.... I swear by it : )
