I rub pure argan oil on my scalp and leave it for a while on the scalp and hair. Doctors don't care about that discomfort.

I just started using a shampoo called follicure purchased at Amazon. The itching is gone.

I also get like bumpy scabs on my scalp. It just doesn't surprise me anymore. There are so many side effects to this debilitating disease. I guess I'm trying to stay positive, but some days I have a pity party and then I'm over it for a few months. And I never complain to anyone.... Who could believe all these symptoms. Yes...I too suffer from dry, flaky scalp. My dermatologist, prescribes a solution called Clobetasol, it also comes in a cream or gel. I find the solution much easier to apply and still maintain "good hair days". I notice that stress will really impact my scalp. Do not use Head and Shoulder or any dandruff shampoo. It will dry yhe scalp the more. Hope this helps!
