A hot bath with Epsom salt (like to add lavender to salt) good way to loosen muscles. Heating pads/blankets are another favorite for joint/muscle pain. You can also ask doc about voltaren gel. It's a topical nsaid (has measuring card so don't use more than 3200mg a day) is awesome too. Another favorite of mine is a dyi "no pain" ointment I make. Hope this helps.

Love epson salt baths. I usually do mine with lavender essential oils. I also do massages when I can and they help for me. Massages are sometimes tough for some though.

I take Zanaflex for muscle pain, it helps them relax and it helps, plus there is marijuana that helps with pain if its legal where you live!

I always find a hot bath helps me, it relaxes muscles so pain isn't as bad. The more pain you get the more tense muscles get. I also have a tens which helps
