I have had sibo, small intestine bacterial overgrowth. I was given an antibiotic Xifaxan to take for two weeks, it works for some people and not others, It has helped me I felt better for over a year now. I got this from my gastroenterologist. I think it’s worth a try. Good luck hope it helps.
