I've had times when my feet were more swollen- even up to my knees. The steroids can puff you up, but it could also mean that you are having heart or kidney involvement. years ago I had lots of swelling in my legs and found out I had one kidney completely blocked with a stone and inflammation. Listen to your body. If you are watching the salt, and it continues keep looking for answers.

I have swollen feet during flares no matter what meds I’m in. Dr out me on diuretic, but although it helped some my potassium level went dangerously low and ended up on oral and IV potassium. I thought I was having a heart attack.

I had very swollen legs and feet before the doctor started me on prednisone. The swelling gradually decreased after taking it a while. I know it is very painful. I couldn't fit into any of my shoes except for clunky winter boots. Hope it gets better for you soon! HUGS...
