my hand flares usually happen before i go to sleep, but now it’s happening as soon as the sun goes down! does this happen to anyone else? why is it that everything is worse at night? in the daytime i’m pretty fine for the most part. i don’t have hand flares at all until the sun goes down and then i am miserable until i fall asleep. it’s all just so flippin weird to me

Nothing makes it stop for me once it starts. I usually just painfully wait it out until it's over 😞😕 Sometimes guzzling down ice cold water helps though for it to go away faster.

A lot of times it happens in the evening as well, and I experience face and hand burning once it hits 6pm.

My hands are hot right now (it started around 9pm; it's now 10pm). Happens every night, always my hands getting hot and then my face gets hot (or first my face gets hot, then my hands).

That's exactly what was happening to me every night. Prednisone really helped calm things down. I feel your pain literally and I hope you find relief very soon.
