Also, I have had loose stools for several yrs that seems to have affected my weight. I have lost 15 lbs total but seems to have leveled out.

I have had IBS for 50 years with loose stools. It’s very common with Lupus. Some meds make it worse my Dr is taking me off Plaquenil today for that reason. I guess I’m going to try Imuran not sure what that willl do!!

Go see a GI doctor if it continues. I have diarrhea a lot.
