About 15 years ago an ex punched me in the face by the ear and I experienced vertigo for about a month. So I kind of thought my recent dizzy spells are linked to that event. However I’m sure Lupus has something to do with it too.

Yes I get dizziness but yours are lasting too long you need to see an neurologist let them run some test. Are you getting any other symptoms with it?

I do get dizzy spells, and once in a while I suffer vertigo, which really bites. It feels like the ground is pulling me down. The first episode made me fall to the floor, and even vomit. Ended up at the ER( mostly bcz my husband and sons freaked out) Later my doctor suggested Meclizine. It's a simple over the counter motion sickness pill - chewable.
Now when I am out shopping, and the place starts to spin, I chew a couple of my Travel Sickness pills & it passes in a jiffy.( Great for car sickness too, which I also suffer from)

Unfortunately I do suffer from dizziness on a regular basis. My Dr. prescribed meclizine. It really helps.

@A MyLupusTeam Member I have never heard of Pots Syndrome so I had to look it up. I feel like I have a lot of these symptoms. How did you get diagnosed? I just started seeing the cardiologist and I want to ask about this. I feel like I'm going in circles and no one can pinpoint if its my lungs or heart. The symptoms get worse.
