As anyone experienced this and what have you done to feel better. I have been having leg pain, left leg only. The last few days have noticed swelling in leg and foot, with a feeling in foot of pins and needles.

The only thing that stopped the pain I was having with inflammation was taking lyrica. The gabapentine was making me have a huge weight loss. I just now have learned that stress makes it bad. Praying you find some relief and comfort. I wasn’t really ready to accept this but it looks like I have no choice

I have all the time but I have it in the right leg. I try keeping off my feet and keeping leg elevated when at all possible. I hope you get some relief

This is how I started out. I had to take water pills and wear compression stockings so the swelling go down. I also soaked in the tub

I have the pins and needles feeling in my left foot and it feels kind of numb. It makes it difficult to walk and I can only wear soft soled shoes. I have had nerve biopsy and nerve conduction tests that were normal. I would love to know what causes this! Just another Lupus mystery.

Diabetic neuropathy can cause pin/needles to extremeties so id recommend getting that checked to rule it out
