I love Lyrica. It controlled so much of my pain and neuropathy. Love it.

Gabapentin is good for me, just not great like Lyrica.

I’ve tried Lyrica and Gabbapentin but neither helped. I take turmeric daily instead now. It helps somewhat but I would rather go the more natural route. Good luck!

I take gabapentin. Never tried Lyrica, but gabapentin has practically been a miracle drug for me. I went from having insane nerve pain all the time to a manageable level of pain. I do feel it in the mornings before I take my first dose of medication, but after the gabapentin kicks in, I feel so much better. In the beginning it made me a bit drowsy, but the side effects went away over time (within about a week or two). I hope you find a good medication in Lyrica, or maybe you could reconsider gabapentin if you didn't stick with it for very long the first time.
