Fibromyalgia can cause a lot of weird symptoms

The same! I fell what you all explain plus the burning sensation on my feet to the point that i can not touch the sheets. I place some pillows under my leds to make my feet hung without touching anything.

I feel those same pains and wonder if my mind is just hyperactively focused on discomforts but it’s not! It’s real and very exhausting. Try the hot soak and massage your legs with a rich hydrating lotion/cream like Regina62 mentioned! I’ve taken tramadol (pain med), tizanidine (muscle relaxer), gabapentin (blocks nerve related pain messages from getting to the brain ), or Benadryl to help ma sleep. Sometimes one works and the next time not. If I use a tens machine on tense shoulders I sometimes get distracted from the pain in my legs and can fall asleep. Trial and error to find what works for you. Def tell your doctor. 💜💜💜

Wow that's what happens to me. Cannot sleep because of leg pain. Try hot water soat and then a good massage
