Hi. I have Raynauds, mostly in my fingers. They hurt so bad that I stick them in my mouth to warm them up. So far my toes don’t do this quite as bad. But recently it looks like I have Sjogrens also. Dry eyes and mouth, but now my lips and mouth burn and especially when I eat spicy foods. This is worst for me because I love spicy foods. It’s almost always expected that we will get different autoimmune diseases along with lupus. My mom got MS, but at the time, over 40 yrs ago, no one knew about this stupid disease. It was always arthritis or mental problems. We have to take one day at a time, accept it because we can’t change it. All we can do is follow drs orders and stay up to date on lupus and it’s issues. Lucky we are brave strong fierce warriors, and we can handle anything. My daughter sister and her daughter also have lupus. 🙏🦋❤️

Ask about the nitroglycerin cream as well.. it makes me anxious, but that's not a listed side effect. I have also been prescribed viagra when the other one got so bad I couldn't walk.

I have raynauds in fingers and toes

Doesn’t matter the time of year my fingers are white

My toes feel like they are frozen all the time and will break off

Nerve doctor couldn’t give me any answers so will try a podiatrist

I wear thermal socks and gloves nothing helps. I will look into that cream Maddiesmom suggested.
