My biggest lupus symptom is inflammation/painful joints. I get it everywhere from the side of my shoulders, palms, wrists, fingers, elbows, knees, ankles, bottom of feet, etc. At one point my fingers actually curved and stayed locked up for days. Those are my flare ups along with low grade fevers

Not one hundred percent sure, but before I was way diagnosed I had bursitis in my hip which now has turned to osteoporosis... it’s when the fluid sac that protects bone against bone get inflammation and it’s painful so most definitely could be related. Feel better

I am a miracle woman. After 20+ years on methotrexate and Plaquenil, I do not take for almost one year. This all happened after I went 90% plant-based. I still do fish and eggs occasionally. This has changed my life. When my Rheumatologist said to stop taking the meds, I didn't believe him. Animal products create inflammation & inflammation creates pain and misery. Praying u all well
