A few nights ago I battled the low grade fever 100.5. Noticed some stiffness in my right shoulder area. Last night in my sleep I rolled over on my right shoulder to be jolted out of bed from extreme pain. I sat up for about 15 minutes then went back to bed to sleep off the pain. When to work but noticed my shirt was super tight over my right arm. I work in a doctor's office so I asked the NP to look at it. She suggested it is an encapsulated bursitis.? My biggest lupus symptom is inflammation/painful joints. I get it everywhere from the side of my shoulders, palms, wrists, fingers, elbows, knees, ankles, bottom of feet, etc. At one point my fingers actually curved and stayed locked up for days. Those are my flare ups along with low grade fevers

I am a miracle woman. After 20+ years on methotrexate and Plaquenil, I do not take for almost one year. This all happened after I went 90% plant-based. I still do fish and eggs occasionally. This has changed my life. When my Rheumatologist said to stop taking the meds, I didn't believe him. Animal products create inflammation & inflammation creates pain and misery. Praying u all well

This is the best thing that my rheumatologist gave me. It has worked wonders for me. I think they carry in the store part of the pharmacy. May not need a precription if so. Check with your dr. Just sharing my experiences with this cream gel. Good luck! Prayers for you.
