How often do you guys get tremors? Im noticing an increase in my hand tremors as well as my arm. Sometimes i get them in my shoulders as well. Idk if this is a symptom or cause for concern
I get tremors in my hands when I haven't eaten and I start to feel weak or when I've over done it
Praying for you. I get tremors bad when I do too much. Talk to your rheumatologist.

And I get sudden jerks and if it happens while I have something in my hands. I either spill it or drop it
I also noticed when im holding things like my phone or remote that they shake constantly especially if im only using one hand.
I have them sometimes but along with my lupus I have fibromyalgia, diabetes, and I am steroid dependent...so for me it could be a number of things. Not sure I'm much help. I hope you get the answers you are looking for 💜
