I have developed a rash that is bright red and it burns when wet and itches. It is also starting to spread 🤨

I am eight weeks into what is now an all over body rash. I was headed to my son's tiny wedding, the family being estranged to me (alienated and ex husband) so the stress was really high. I also had to quarentine for 14 days prior so going to the doc was impossible. Onset it appeared to be a typical yeast infection, only in the groin. Only is a complimentary way of putting it, it was insanly itchy and I was using all the usual over the counter stuff with zero relief. As the weeks went on, the actual rash spread to all the moist areas, as though it was prickly heat type of thing. So by the six week mark I had an arsenol of sprays, lotions, powders, had taken oral yeast prescribed meds, oral steriods. I spent close to seven weeks with no one hour of releif from the incredible itching. Finally when I was able to get an appointment with a dermotologist (had to wait two more weeks) she simply added another cortizol cream, changed my body lotion, both of which needed application twice a day (and by this time it was up into my hair). I had all the usual places like under arms, under breasts, crack of the elbow but it was showing up all up my back, thighs, hands. Ironally and not sure what combination, or was it the returning from the wedding thereore another week to "recover" from what should have been a joyful wedding was the ultimate in stress meeting my estranged four children and the husband who caused it...the stress took about two weeks to lower and voila, the rash subsided. SO my regular doc, and the dermo, consider this all due to what I was taking internally and externally, while I consider this a huge attack of a reaction to the stress, my immune system totally comprimised with no reaction to every kind of treatment at all. It took coming home (an 18 hour drive, stopping every hour to water wash and re-treat in my RV) to bring it to a halt. so the question is: was this related to Lupis? All my docs say "I don't buy it".
