Anyone get the covid vaccine yet? Symptoms? Side effects? I’m scheduled to get mine on the 20th, have my next rheumatologist appt on the 17th. Kind of nervous to get it, though 💉 😬

My PC Dr said to not baby your/our arms, better to use it so the soreness goes away faster. Do what's best for you.

Hello- I have pretty severe SLE plue 3 additional autoimmune diseases. I take Plaquenil (need something stronger now after vaccine) but anyway I had first vaccine and it was totally fine! Tiny bit of soreness in arm for maybe 48 hours after and that was it. I took Moderna. I get next one on the 8th. Oh one tip relax your arm (I did not feel the shot at all) and then after keep moving it around to help cut down on soreness. Please know I know your scared but think of how scared you are to get Covid. This vaccine is safe!
