I’ve always thought about using the regular strength. My baba ate them everyday and drank I shit of whickey and lived to be 97. She had had polio and used crutches for her one shorter leg. A gal I know got severe arthritis overnight and she was put on a regime of aspirin and within that year, she felt perfect. That was over 40 yrs ago and she has been great all this time.

325 mg is what I’ve taken for last 20+ years. Ecotrin because it’s coated so not to upset your stomach.
