What are the best diets for inflammation? Or cookbooks that actually work? I have read negative comments about everything I have found online and now I have no idea what to trust. What has worked for you?

Absolutely!!! The autoimmune protocol (AIP) diet changed my life - it gave it back to me! I have followed it for almost 6 years now. It was definitely a big life change and was difficult to implement at first, but all of the huge benefits to how I feel each day are well worth it. I would strongly suggest reading a book by Amy Meyers, MD. I think it was called “The Autoimmune Solution”. She also wrote one about the thyroid, which isn’t an issue I deal with, but the information in the book was very relevant for anyone who has autoimmune conditions (such as Lupus). Blessings to you on your research.
