So over the years. I've had the occasional brain fog, however, this year has been the worst, my lupus Dr. Just dismisses it as normal. I know my brain! And all my loved ones have noticed that my forgetfulness is really bad. Is this normal or should I try a new Dr? I'm tired of forgetting the most simplest of things, HAD ENOUGH. I'm 59 but feel 90😣
I understand 100%. I tell everyone I'm 45 with a 90 yr Old body. I not only have the brain fog but I can't find my words when I try to talk. Ppl look at me like I'm insane😜! Sending you hugs and love.

I too suffer from occasional brain for. I have to write things down or put an alert on my phone.
This was a huge issue for me around the time of my diagnosis in my early-mid 30s, I am now 58 and these last few weeks it's returned with a vengeance. I quickly learned to make lists, how I use them depends on the day... some days its simply writing some sort of to-do list and crossing things off. I created lists of things to double check, especially when the milk went on the coffee pot hot plate and the carafe would get put in the refrig. I am trying to utilize this more as I go through whatever it is that is happening to me now. I admit, I hate that feeling of something being wrong mentally/intellectually and honest start sobbing yesterday. Like you I absolutely hate this. I hate that I am having focusing issues or that I have difficulty reading simple things like a beginner quilt pattern or a diagram or a recipe. Your not crazy, I promise.
Thank you for sharing , I feel better knowing I'm not going crazy , not yet anyway🌺
